For paid advisory services, if you choose the Offline purchase option you will be contacted to determine your preference for payment. Upon receipt of payment (Online or Offline), the download link for the introductory agenda will be automatically sent to you via email and you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a day/time for the introductory call. 
 
The virtual advisory includes a 4 week period where the client has access to a global thought leader and former Fortune 5 operations executive, as needed on a particular project. The virtual advisory download includes a general agenda for the initial introductory call and additional CCA contact information. You will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of payment to coordinate the initial introductory call.
