For paid advisory services, if you choose the Offline purchase option you will be contacted to determine your preference for payment. Upon receipt of payment (Online or Offline), the download link for the introductory agenda will be automatically sent to you via email and you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a day/time for the introductory call. 
 
Thought leadership support from a former Fortune 5 senior level operations executive on a weekly basis to help leaders drive the transformation in their business as well as a trusted 3rd party advisor to assist with decision making and program management.  These services have a 6 month timeframe and are generally a mix of virtual and in-person meetings. Travel would be additionally billed as pass through charges. This retainer fee gives clients access to the CCA thought leader as needed.  
 
The advisory download includes a general agenda for the initial introductory call and additional CCA contact information. You will be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of payment to coordinate the initial introductory call.
